Anxiety Release Workshop

Tuesday 9th Dec 6:30pm, Cavendish Rd, SW12

This special workshop on anxiety release will run for 75 minutes beginning with some anxiety-focused breathwork to calm the nervous system, and guiding you through some tools you can use at home.

 

This will be followed by gentle, restorative yin poses designed to release tension, relax the body and quiet the mind.

 

We’ll then move into a guided body scan followed by a soothing visualisation meditation to ease you into a deep state of rest. This Yoga Nidra practice helps to reduce anxiety and melt away stress, leaving you feeling more relaxed, grounded, and calmer.

Ending with a soothing head massage for those who would like it.

Bank Holiday Special:
"Return to Inner Stillness"

Monday 25th Aug 6:15pm, Abbeville Village, SW4

This special bank holiday Monday class will run for 75 minutes beginning with a powerful yet mindful hatha flow gently guiding you inward, where you can reconnect to your innate sense of calm and stillness.

 

Expect a slightly slower flow, delving into your root chakra and grounding poses, which will be held for slightly longer, working with the breath to find that sense of calm.

 

The session will end with a Yoga Nidra meditation, where you will be guided through a body scan and visualisation journey that allows you to still the mind and relax into a deep state of rest.

 

You will leave feeling grounded, calm and focused!

Easter Special: "Root to Rise"

Monday 21st April 6:15pm, Abbeville Village, SW4

This Easter Monday class will start with a Hatha flow focused on honouring the grounding power of roots so we can rise with strength and intention.

 

It's time for new beginnings, shedding old layers and stepping into fresh energy. Expect grounding exercises, heart openers, sun salutations and uplifting breath work, letting go of the old and welcoming in the new.

The class will end with a guided meditation (yoga nidra) taking you through a body scan into deep relaxation, followed by a visualisation exercise focused on bringing in new energy and light into the body.

 

You will leave feeling relaxed, energised and revitalised!
